From a technological vision to a corporate group

There comes a point when a company’s organizational structure must evolve alongside the technologies it has created. immo.quick has reached that point. Our work on institutional trust infrastructure has grown into four independent technology assets, each with a distinct architecture, target market and development path.

We are therefore establishing immo.quick Systems Holding. It is already in formation and is intended to provide a common strategic foundation while preserving the technological independence of each asset. This is more than a change of name: it is a move toward clearly defined business areas, transparent responsibilities and targeted institutional market entry.

immo.quick Global: Two independent infrastructure systems

The existing immo.quick Global UG currently manages both immo.quick Core and immo.quick Serverless Edition. The two systems remain independent and are not presented as different versions of a single product. The ongoing corporate restructuring does not change this current allocation unless and until the relevant legal steps are completed.

The Serverless Edition addresses binding control over protected digital actions. Its Execution Rights Infrastructure connects institutional authority, applicable rules and relevant states with specific execution rights. Technical capability or successful authentication alone does not create legitimate execution authority; the necessary authorization must still be valid at the moment the action takes effect.

Its tenant-based interface is designed to support understandable institutional workflows. The Evidence and Receipt Architecture documents relevant assessment conditions, authorization states and verifiable outcomes. Selected artifacts and their available technical verification procedures can be examined through the public Evidence Library and Verify Portal.

Core takes an independent approach as an Institutional Trust & Causality Infrastructure. Its architecture binds institutional determinations to relevant temporal, technical and institutional conditions. Bi-temporal states, deterministic processing, technical attestation and portable proofs are intended to make these bound relationships verifiable. Cryptographic evidence does not, by itself, prove the external factual or legal correctness of the underlying inputs.

BestCura: Institutional healthcare infrastructure centered on people

BestCura is conceived as an Institutional Healthcare Operating System. It is designed to connect clinical, nursing, administrative, staffing and financial processes through a shared foundation. Role-specific workspaces aim to give professionals relevant information without shifting unnecessary technical complexity onto their daily work.

The Deterministic Clinical & Regulatory Foundation separates AI-assisted analysis from professional responsibility and legitimate execution. The Clinical & Revenue Integrity Foundation is designed to link documented clinical reality, regulatory derivations and economic processes in a traceable way. Development considers different institutional requirements across the DACH region, the United States and Canada.

The creation of a separate BestCura UG is planned for January 2027. BestCura is currently still allocated to the holding area; the intended transfer of its intellectual property to the new operating company has not yet taken place. This planned independence is intended to support a dedicated development and market strategy for the healthcare asset.

VerityLink: Professional networking built on traceable trust

VerityLink is an independent professional B2B platform in development. Existing interface designs already include profiles, a reputation-oriented feed, company directories, network visualization and areas for jobs, projects, partnerships and other commercial opportunities.

The platform concept includes a Verification Center for professional claims, a shareable Reputation Passport, a Professional Signal Editor, and privacy and visibility controls. Its purpose is to give traceable identity and verified information more weight than reach alone. Actual verifications must remain distinguishable from indicators calculated from platform activity. Technical enforcement of the intended verification mechanisms remains part of ongoing development.

Why we are establishing the holding company now

Four independent technologies do not necessarily require the same business model, distribution channels or development timetable. The holding company is intended to coordinate strategy while enabling clear organizational and economic allocation. Institutional partners and investors can thus consider each asset’s technical foundation, development status and target market separately.

We are not claiming that four developed technology assets already represent four established commercial businesses. Instead, we are creating the structure to develop those assets into independent, economically sustainable business areas in line with their actual requirements. Further companies and subsequent structural changes will depend on future business needs.

Deliberately starting as UGs. GmbH status is our next intended corporate stage

The German entrepreneurial company with limited liability, or UG, was deliberately chosen for the current development and market-entry stage. At the appropriate time, we intend to convert the operating companies into GmbHs, subject to applicable legal and economic requirements. Timing will depend on actual business development, market acceptance and the necessary capital and corporate requirements.

What follows after that remains deliberately open. Additional companies, restructuring or other legal steps will not be predetermined; we will assess them against the future requirements and opportunities of our respective business areas.

December 2026: New premises. January 2027: Targeted team expansion

We plan to move into new business premises in December 2026. The new location is intended to support collaboration among our different development areas and provide room for the next stage. It is a concrete organizational step, not a claim that every technology asset has already completed market entry.

Beginning in January 2027, we intend to expand our team in a targeted way. Specific roles and recruitment timelines will depend on operational needs and economic development. We want to work with people who understand complex institutional challenges and can contribute responsibly to the development of independent technologies.

For institutions, investors and strategic partners

We welcome dialogue with financial institutions, healthcare organizations, public authorities, critical infrastructure operators, strategic companies, investors and private equity firms. The four assets offer distinct opportunities for professional collaboration, market development and potential future investment structures; specific terms are not part of this public corporate announcement.

Our priorities are traceable technology, a clear distinction between existing capabilities and planned steps, and transparent ownership and responsibility structures. Forming immo.quick Systems Holding is a step toward establishing this foundation for the next stage. What began as a technological vision is evolving into a corporate group with four independent assets and a shared long-term direction.
