The moment before execution: why our system needs no AI kill switch
An AI kill switch assumes that an agent has first been given the power to act. The immo.quick Serverless Edition places the boundary earlier: AI holds no execution right. Agents supply proposals; the caller and AI provenance are checked before a protected execution function runs its first instruction. Missing human confirmation for that exact function leads to rejection, as does an agent calling it. The rejection receipt records BLOCK and “nothing executed”.
The internally tested state also includes the security centre, traceable incident handling with reporting deadlines, and session revocation. The publisher reports 46 AI guardrail checks and an inventory of 746 components. External penetration tests were completed and passed. ACATS results were externally confirmed and independently reproduced (120/120, zero unexpected failures). The publisher confirms that the external penetration tests exceeded the internal tests in scope and depth. The 46 AI guardrail checks remain a separate internal test state. Details, claim boundaries and legal sources are documented on the cybersecurity page.
CPP-4 to CPP-6: defined scope and an updated FATF list snapshot
The system update dated 2 November 2026 clarifies three individual checks. CPP-4 checks FATF country lists dated October 2026, cash payments from EUR 10,000 and payments just below the configured threshold. CPP-5 uses North Data to identify register indications of dissolution, liquidation or insolvency. CPP-6 compares a submitted extract with the UBO receipt from CPP-3. Individual prices remain EUR 12, EUR 8 and EUR 8.
The FATF statement of 30 October 2026 removes Bulgaria (BG), Côte d’Ivoire (CI), the Democratic Republic of the Congo (CD) and Monaco (MC) from increased monitoring. This does not establish clearance against sanctions or other risk factors. EUR 10,000 describes a system check rule here, not a universally applicable statutory threshold.
AI makes neither the determination nor the execution decision. According to the internal release status, the associated test run was performed twice. This is an internal development statement, not independent certification. CPP-5 requires a separate North Data account; CPP-6 requires the submitted extract and the corresponding CPP-3 receipt.
These individual checks and their receipts do not grant execution permission. An Execution Right requires a separate assessment of every prerequisite for the specific action.
immo.quick Capital: Closing the business lifecycle.
Since 2025, we have been developing immo.quick Capital in parallel. We plan to roll out our independent investor and fundraising platform in the first quarter of 2027. It connects companies with suitable investors and provides a path from a clear opportunity profile through structured examination to traceable investment decision preparation.

Developed in parallel since 2025. Rollout planned for the first quarter of 2027. Rollout planned: Q1 2027. Capital is in development; this is an announcement, not a statement of general availability. External register and sanctions connections are not active in the current Capital development scope.
What we are building Capital for
Company opportunities
Business model, progress, capital needs and use of funds.
Investor search mandates
Describe industries, stages and financing priorities.
Explainable matching
Show criteria fit and distinguish missing information.
Investment rooms
Bring documents, questions, responsibilities and deadlines together.
Live due diligence
Ask questions about available documents within defined sessions.
Decision preparation
Combine findings, professional contributions and conditions clearly.
A clear route from capital to companies
Companies should be able to explain their actual development stage, business model, capital requirement and intended use of funds. Investors describe the industries, business models, stages and participation forms that fit their search mandates. Rule-based matching explains the initial selection. A match opens a conversation; economic assessment remains a separate step.
From an introduction to shared investment work
Investment rooms bring documents, versions, questions, answers, tasks and outstanding conditions into one specific case. Document-based live due diligence sessions support focused clarification. Decision packages combine foundations and findings so responsible people can assess the reached state. An AI answer is not a confirmed professional opinion, and internal approval is not completed legal execution.
Why Capital closes the business lifecycle
Capital adds access to capital and structured investment preparation to our ecosystem. VerityLink addresses business connections and collaboration; BestCura addresses everyday care with more time for people. immo.quick Core™ and immo.quick Serverless Edition™ represent two independent institutional control architectures. Strategically, this connects financing, collaboration, operational application and accountable action. The systems remain independent; specific technical connections are being developed deliberately, not presented as an already complete integration.
One business lifecycle, clearly defined responsibilities
CapitalCapital: connect opportunities and investors.
CollaborationVerityLink: develop business relationships.
ApplicationBestCura: support everyday care.
ControlCore™ and Serverless Edition™: institutional conditions for action.

Capital and the planned rollout: questions answered
What is immo.quick Capital?
immo.quick Capital is an independent investor and fundraising platform in development. It connects company opportunities and investor mandates with structured matching, investment rooms and document-based decision preparation.
When did development of immo.quick Capital begin?
We have been developing immo.quick Capital in parallel since 2025. The platform complements the shared strategic direction of the immo.quick ecosystem.
When is rollout planned?
Rollout of immo.quick Capital is planned for the first quarter of 2027. The announcement does not establish that the platform is already generally available.
How does Capital close the business lifecycle?
Capital adds capital access and investment preparation. VerityLink addresses business collaboration, BestCura everyday care, and Core™ and Serverless Edition™ institutional control. The systems remain independent; technical connections are being developed deliberately.
Is a match an investment recommendation?
No. Matching explains fit against stated criteria. Professional examination, economic assessment and the investment decision are separate steps.
Are registers and sanctions lists already connected live?
External register and sanctions sources are not active connections in the current Capital development scope. This announcement does not promise an already available automatic GLEIF or OFAC screening service.
The Moment Before is Rami Cherri’s nonfiction book about the gap between an institutional decision and its actual effect. It explains Machine Law™, execution rights™, authority and control in the age of autonomous AI through a continuous fictional case and documented real-world cases. The English edition has 348 pages; the German edition, Der Moment davor, has 386 pages. Both have been available as hardcover, paperback and e-book since 12 October 2026.

Serverless™: internal effect path and register export documented.
An approval can have been valid and later lose its basis. In the internally tested workflow, the Serverless Edition™ binds issuance, revocation and consumption to the same authoritative ordering. A revocation ordered before the execution cut blocks consumption; a retry does not create a second internal test effect.
The internal export report records 21 signed parts from 15 registers, containing 1,811 rows. A shared index lists their checksums; one sample recomputed outside the application matched its SHA-256 checksum. This documents the register export. Completeness of the entire source tree must be assessed separately.
Internal reports dated 14 October 2026: both individual approvals and the internal operational verification are still pending. The documented tests do not release every sector or validate external target systems. Historical validity does not establish present executability.
Has the Serverless Edition™ been released for internal production use?
Not according to the documented status dated 14 October 2026. The internal effect path and register delivery have been reported; both individual approvals and the internal operational verification remain pending. Release applies only to the explicitly tested baseline and named scope.
