A security and governance boundary against stale execution and against turning observations into Authority.
A system must react to reality without pretending to own the truth.
State-Reality Consistency is the boundary in the immo.quick Serverless Edition between governed system state and observed reality. Observations can invalidate an execution assumption and trigger reassessment, but they do not thereby become Authority or physical truth.
What it is
A security and governance boundary against stale execution and against turning observations into Authority.
It is not a truth oracle. The system does not claim to derive physical truth from sensors, APIs, majorities or AI.
This page explains public architecture, assurance objectives and semantic boundaries. It does not publish internal control logic, secrets, key management, exploit mechanics, operational forensic schemas or implementation sequences.
Why this boundary matters
GOVERNED STATE
The currently governed and authoritatively relevant system state.
OBSERVED REALITY
External observations and evidence about potentially changed conditions.
CONSISTENCY BOUNDARY
Tests whether divergence makes the existing execution assumption unreliable.
REASSESSMENT
Unresolved divergence can lead to block or reassessment.
NO SILENT TRUTH
Majority or technical plausibility does not manufacture new Authority.

Frequently asked questions
Does immo.quick determine physical truth?
No. The architecture can detect divergence and conservatively stop execution without inventing ground truth.
Can source consensus create Authority?
No. Consensus can strengthen evidence but does not replace a legitimate authority source.
What happens when state diverges?
The execution assumption can be invalidated and reassessment required.
Why does this matter for automated systems?
Automation can otherwise continue on stale or manipulated state even when the assumptions behind the original authorization are no longer reliable.
