Live Due Diligence for Transactions reviews external reality: documents, parties, regulatory conditions, transaction data and external sources. This review is source-bound, scope-bound, and can only evaluate what is actually accessible and verifiable to the system.
Internal Architectural Live Due Diligence, by contrast, reviews immo.quick's own architecture and defined system state. This review is deterministic. Under the same architectural state, canonical input and verification rules, the result does not drift.
A merger or acquisition touches more areas of law simultaneously than almost any other transaction type. The MaDD pipeline runs them in a fixed, orchestrated sequence and issues a MaDDReceipt, as an attachment to the transaction documentation. The MaDD pipeline evaluates defined transaction dimensions against available authoritative and transaction-specific sources. It does not claim completeness beyond the accessible source and system scope.
This is not transaction due diligence. The object under review is immo.quick itself. Internal Architectural Live Due Diligence evaluates the defined architecture, verification paths, artifacts, rule bindings and system state directly. Because the verification is deterministic, the same defined state, canonical input and verification rules produce the same result.
The figures below are an illustrative model, not a fixed price or savings guarantee.
| SERVICE | TRADITIONAL DD | LIVE DUE DILIGENCE |
|---|---|---|
| Lawyer (legal DD) | External fee | Included in system price |
| Tax advisor (tax DD) | External fee | Included in system price |
| Technical expert | External fee | Partially automated |
| Compliance advisor (AML) | External fee | Automated defined AML/KYC review steps + Evidence Artifact |
| Duration | Multi-week, sequential | Significantly compressed |
Where a manual override path is authorized, immo.quick does not treat it as a retrospective mutation of an existing gate state. The original status remains preserved; the override is recorded as a separate event in the append-only evidence path. System determination and human intervention therefore remain distinguishable and verifiable.
The original determination state remains preserved.
The intervention is a new event, not a rewrite of State 0.
Identity, role, time and details are bound to the new record.
An authorized human intervention may supersede a machine determination without deleting that prior determination from history. That separation is what makes the event auditable: the machine retains its documented state; the human receives a distinct documented act. A later reviewer does not have to reconstruct from diffuse logs whether a warning existed and who acted afterward.
Live Due Diligence combines source-bound analysis, deterministic verification and cryptographic evidence in one integrated review architecture. For external transactions, the result remains source- and scope-bound. For immo.quick's own architecture, Internal Live Due Diligence provides deterministic verification of the defined system state.
