gateAPACLaws — Four markets, one nexus model.
// IMMO.QUICK · GATEAPACLAWS · MAS · HKMA · FSA · ASIC

Four markets, one nexus model.

gateAPACLaws checks four Asia Pacific financial frameworks in parallel: Singapore (MAS), Hong Kong (HKMA/SFO), Japan (FSA/APPI) and Australia (ASIC/APRA/AML-CTF). Each sub gate only activates when the relevant country nexus is set. Without a nexus, pass means not tested, not passed.

Test result: PASS. Singapore tested, MAS passed, 466 milliseconds.
✓ RELEVANT IF...
  • You have customers or transactions with a nexus to Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan or Australia
  • You need to demonstrably carry an MAS, HKMA, FSA or AUSTRAC registration
× NOT RELEVANT IF...
  • You have none of the four country nexus flags set, then every sub gate returns pass with applicable: false
// Architecture

Four sub gates.

Every row is a hard boolean check, not probabilistic scoring. A critical failure leads to block, a high severity failure to warn, everything else to pass.

HMAC-signed GateLog record
Every run writes an HMAC-signed GateLog record with identity binding (caller_did, caller_role) and a ten-year retention period. Deterministic: identical input produces identical output, no LLM, no external API.
// Clarification

What gateAPACLaws is not.

  • Not a blanket result without a nexus. Every sub gate is strictly bound to its respective country reference.

For institutions doing business in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan or Australia who want to run four regimes as one gate.
