German infrastructure company publishes verifiable execution evidence and positions deterministic compliance as a new control layer for regulated decisions
HATTINGEN, GERMANY, 10 August 2026. immo.quick Global has formally entered the market today and simultaneously opened its Seed financing process to selected institutional, strategic and qualified investors. At the center of the launch is an architecture that challenges a fundamental assumption of conventional compliance technology: that control is primarily created through monitoring, alerts, scoring and retrospective review. immo.quick moves the control point forward. Its infrastructure determines whether execution is permitted before consequence attaches, and makes that determination cryptographically provable at the moment of execution. The company describes the emerging category as Institutional Trust Infrastructure. Its ambition is deliberately broader than another RegTech product or compliance dashboard: immo.quick is building a technical control layer between rule, authority and execution. Legal and regulatory conditions are translated into deterministic gates, current authority is resolved at execution time, and the resulting decision is not expressed as probability. It ends in PASS or BLOCK.
“The critical question is no longer whether a system can explain a decision afterwards,” said Rami Cherri, Founder and CEO of immo.quick Global. “The question is whether it can prove why that decision was permitted to execute at that exact point in time. That is where infrastructure begins for us. An audit log describes the past. An execution proof binds rule, authority and consequence to the same moment.”
As part of the market entry, immo.quick has published a Public Evidence Record demonstrating the architecture in operation. In the bounded scenario, an authority that was previously valid is superseded at T minus 1. At T0, the immo.quick Serverless Edition resolves the current authority state. The underlying compliance conditions continue to return PASS, but the authority layer refuses execution. The deterministic verdict is BLOCK_DERIVATIVE_AUTHORITY_SUPERSEDED, the execution result is ZERO_ACTION_ENFORCED and the commit state is COMMIT_BLOCKED_NO_STATE_CHANGE. The system does not issue a warning, generate a risk score or transfer the decision to a human escalation path. Execution is prevented.
More importantly, immo.quick does not ask the public to accept the company's description of the result. It publishes the underlying Sealed Evidence Receipt itself, available at immoquick.eu/evidence/authority-supersession. The complete JSON artifact can be downloaded, the Ed25519 signature independently verified, the ML-DSA-65 post-quantum signature checked offline and the hybrid binding reproduced. The declared evidence boundary is public, including the aspects the demonstration explicitly does not prove. “If we publicly claim that our architecture produces evidence,” Cherri said, “then we have to be willing to put the evidence itself on the table. Not a screenshot. Not a presentation. The artifact.” The published record does not claim to certify the legal validity of a real-world regulatory event, nor does cryptographic verification constitute regulatory, judicial or third-party certification. The artifact establishes the bounded execution claim declared within the receipt: that the encoded authority-supersession condition was detected at T0, execution was blocked, no commit occurred and the resulting evidence record was cryptographically sealed.
Regulated institutions have invested heavily in monitoring, governance, reporting and control technology. Yet a substantial portion of institutional proof is still assembled after the event: data is reconstructed, applicable rule versions are identified, permissions are reviewed and decisions are pieced together across multiple systems. immo.quick is targeting that temporal gap. Its architecture separates the causal execution chain from the authority legitimacy chain. This means a business or compliance gate can technically return PASS while execution is still blocked because the underlying authority is no longer valid. For immo.quick, this is not an auxiliary feature. It is a prerequisite for deterministic governance: a technically correct system must not perfectly execute against an invalid foundation. The current architecture spans 112 deterministic gates across 53 jurisdictions and addresses regulated decision environments including banking, insurance, private equity, due diligence, government, defence, aviation, logistics, heavy industry, sports, anti-doping, clinical trials, music rights, sustainability and digital platform governance.
immo.quick Core is designed for institution-controlled environments requiring sovereign deployment, hardware attestation and high-assurance execution boundaries. The immo.quick Serverless Edition applies the same deterministic principle through an API-first architecture for operational integrations. Both systems follow the same core logic: rules are not statistically learned, regulatory permission is not reduced to a probability score, and the decisive control is not deferred to a retrospective human escalation path. Execution is tested against the conditions that exist at T0, and the resulting state is cryptographically sealed for independent verification. The evidence layer combines SHA-256-based structures, Merkle linking, bi-temporal state resolution and classical as well as post-quantum signatures. The objective is to create proof that does not depend on the original operator remaining permanently available.
Alongside its market entry, immo.quick has formally opened its Seed financing process (immoquick.eu/investors). The company is targeting institutional, strategic and qualified investors with experience in regulated infrastructure, financial services, enterprise technology, cryptography, defence, sovereign systems and long-duration infrastructure markets. Capital from the round is intended to accelerate institutional deployments, jurisdictional expansion, regulatory integration, cryptographic infrastructure and international scaling. Detailed investment materials are being made available through a controlled investor-access process (immoquick.eu/access).

immo.quick is not positioning itself as another application inside the existing compliance stack. The company is attempting to change the layer at which regulatory control becomes technically effective. Traditional systems monitor, document and escalate. The immo.quick architecture is designed to create an execution boundary before consequence occurs: if the applicable rule fails, authority is no longer valid or required provenance is missing, execution should not proceed. “Software records what happened,” Cherri said. “Institutional Trust Infrastructure proves what was allowed to happen. As regulated systems become faster, more autonomous and more complex, retrospective explainability will not be enough. The control layer itself has to become machine-readable, deterministic and capable of producing evidence.” For immo.quick, the formal market entry therefore marks more than the beginning of commercial deployment. The company is attempting to establish a new infrastructure category in which regulatory requirements are not merely monitored, but become technically effective before execution, while the resulting decision remains independently and cryptographically provable.
immo.quick Global develops deterministic compliance execution and Institutional Trust Infrastructure for regulated and consequence-bearing decision environments. Its architecture combines machine-readable rules, attributable authority provenance, jurisdictional resolution, deterministic PASS or BLOCK gates, bi-temporal evidence resolution, cryptographic sealing and independently verifiable receipts. Its product portfolio includes immo.quick Core, the immo.quick Serverless Edition and specialist infrastructure components and compliance systems including CDS and STFL. Headquartered in Germany, the company focuses on regulated institutions, sovereign systems, critical industries and environments where execution must not only be controlled, but provably controlled.
