gateCEELaws — Seven categories, one CEE member state per run.
// IMMO.QUICK · GATECEELAWS · MITTEL- UND OSTEUROPA

Seven categories, one CEE member state per run.

gateCEELaws covers the Central and Eastern European EU member states. In the test run with Poland: the AML act of 1 March 2018, KNF for financial licensing, GDPR and UODO for data protection, the 2015 investment control act, EU, UN and MSZ-PL sanctions lists, the VAT act and CRS/FATCA for tax.

Test result: PASS. Poland, all 7 sub gates passed, 459 milliseconds.
✓ RELEVANT IF...
  • You do business with a Central or Eastern European EU member state, covered in the test run using Poland as the example
× NOT RELEVANT IF...
  • You operate outside the CEE states, then the relevant country gate is the right choice
// Architecture

Seven categories.

Every row is a hard boolean check, not probabilistic scoring. A critical failure leads to block, a high severity failure to warn, everything else to pass.

HMAC-signed GateLog record
Every run writes an HMAC-signed GateLog record with identity binding (caller_did, caller_role) and a ten-year retention period. Deterministic: identical input produces identical output, no LLM, no external API.
// Clarification

What gateCEELaws is not.

  • Not a single unified CEE law. The gate is a collective gate with country specific parameters, not one legal norm for all states.

For institutions doing business in Central and Eastern Europe who want to run seven legal categories per state as one gate.
