gateNordicLaws — Seven categories, one Nordic state per run.
// IMMO.QUICK · GATENORDICLAWS · SCHWEDEN · DAENEMARK · NORWEGEN · FINNLAND · ISLAND

Seven categories, one Nordic state per run.

gateNordicLaws covers the Nordic countries, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland. In the test run with Sweden: Penningtvattslagen 2017:630 and Finansinspektionen for AML and financial licensing, GDPR and Dataskyddslagen 2018:218 for data protection, CSRD for ESG, the 2023:560 FDI act, EU and Swedish autonomous sanctions, Mervardesskattelagen and CRS/FATCA for tax.

Test result: PASS. Sweden, all 7 sub gates passed, 522 milliseconds.
✓ RELEVANT IF...
  • You do business with a Nordic state, covered in the test run using Sweden as the example
× NOT RELEVANT IF...
  • You operate outside the Nordic states, then the relevant country gate is the right choice
// Architecture

Seven categories using Sweden as the example.

Every row is a hard boolean check, not probabilistic scoring. A critical failure leads to block, a high severity failure to warn, everything else to pass.

HMAC-signed GateLog record
Every run writes an HMAC-signed GateLog record with identity binding (caller_did, caller_role) and a ten-year retention period. Deterministic: identical input produces identical output, no LLM, no external API.
// Clarification

What gateNordicLaws is not.

  • Not a conflation of the five Nordic states. The gate re parametrises per country, Sweden in the test run does not stand in for identical law in Denmark, Norway, Finland or Iceland.

For institutions doing business in the Nordic states who want to run seven legal categories per country as one gate.
