gateSectorSpecific — Eleven frameworks, only the applicable ones count.
// IMMO.QUICK · GATESECTORSPECIFIC · ARCHITEKTUR-BAUSTEIN · KEIN EIGENSTAENDIGES DROPDOWN

Eleven frameworks, only the applicable ones count.

gateSectorSpecific checks sector specific frameworks such as AMLD6 and is woven sector bound into existing gates such as gateBankingCompliance. It deliberately does not appear as its own dropdown entry, but under Architecture, deterministic: identical input produces identical output, no LLM, no external API.

Test result: BLOCK. 4 of 11 frameworks tested applicable, AMLD6 blocked, 378 milliseconds.
✓ RELEVANT IF...
  • You are an internal architecture team integrating sector specific frameworks such as AMLD6 into existing sector gates
× NOT RELEVANT IF...
  • You are looking for a standalone customer gate for your sector, then the relevant sector gate is the direct right choice
// Architecture

Three findings in the banking sector test run.

Every row is a hard boolean check, not probabilistic scoring. A critical failure leads to block, a high severity failure to warn, everything else to pass.

ReferenceChecksSeverity
AMLD6 Art. 2AML policy does not cover all 22 predicate offences (cybercrime, environmental crime, tax crime missing)critical
AMLD6 Art. 7Criminal liability for legal persons not documentedhigh
AMLD6 Art. 9FIU cooperation channels not establishedhigh
HMAC-signed GateLog record
Every run writes an HMAC-signed GateLog record with identity binding (caller_did, caller_role) and a ten-year retention period. Deterministic: identical input produces identical output, no LLM, no external API.
// Clarification

What gateSectorSpecific is not.

  • Not a standalone customer gate. gateSectorSpecific deliberately appears under Architecture, not as a sector dropdown entry.
  • Not eleven simultaneously active frameworks. Only the ones applicable in the individual case count, in the test run that was four of eleven.

For internal architecture teams that want to weave sector specific frameworks into existing sector gates.
