gateNLLaws determines encoded Dutch legal and regulatory conditions for a defined matter. The gate determines applicability and state; it creates neither governmental authority nor Execution Permission.

CAN
- determine encoded jurisdiction and nexus conditions
- bind applicable rule states to source, scope and time
- surface missing or conflicting jurisdiction dependencies
- produce an attributable determination state as evidence input
CANNOT
- replace a legislature, court, authority or regulator
- create legal authority through score, consensus or AI
- turn a gate PASS into an Execution Right on its own
- mint an ExecutionCapabilityToken on its own
Jurisdiction is a bound state, not an assumption.
Matter
The concrete action, transaction, entity or technical operation for which applicability is determined.
Nexus
Domicile, location, market connection, nationality, infrastructure, data flow or other encoded connecting factors.
Authoritative source
Provable normative source and its valid version. The gate does not create the source.
Time state
Effective dates, expiry, transition rules and the relevant point in time.
Conflicts
Multiple applicable legal regimes or conflicting conditions are surfaced as dependencies, not resolved by invented system authority.
Evidence
The determination remains bound to input, source, scope, time and resulting state.
Jurisdiction gates do not replace specialised domains.
Only determination states relevant to the concrete scope become dependencies in Execution Rights resolution. The gates shown are not a universally mandatory sequence.
