PUBLIC CLAIM BOUNDARIES

We publish the limit with the claim.

A public statement should never be stronger than its source, scope, time state, evidence class or authority basis. Cryptography can prove integrity and binding. Determinism can prove reproducibility under a defined state. Neither turns a technical artifact into an automatic legal conclusion.

What we do not claim.

  • AI creates law or institutional authority.
  • Cryptography proves substantive legal correctness.
  • Determinism means infallibility or complete external truth.
  • A Gate PASS creates execution permission.
  • A receipt guarantees admissibility, certification or legal immunity.
  • Hardware, cloud location or provider choice creates legitimacy.
  • A score, administrator or model can substitute for required authority.

What the architecture can establish.

  • Defined system state and its version.
  • Deterministic domain determinations under that state.
  • Whether modeled Execution Rights conditions closed.
  • Capability issuance and binding to the relevant authorization state.
  • Execution relationship, sequencing and capability consumption.
  • Cryptographic integrity and provenance of supported evidence artifacts.
  • Explicit boundaries for what each artifact does not establish.
STATE EXACTLY WHAT THE SYSTEM CAN PROVE. NEVER CLAIM WHAT ONLY A COURT, REGULATOR, INSURER OR OTHER EXTERNAL AUTHORITY CAN DECIDE.
