From a checked operation to a traceable billing record.

STFL™ connects a defined checking event to its accounting and invoicing data. The substantive record explains what was checked. The financial record explains which agreed service is billed to which recipient. A shared reference connects them.

A checking receipt is not automatically an invoice.

Product, price and payment obligations come from an agreement. A defined billing rule determines whether an event triggers an invoice. A successful check alone does not create a payment obligation.

Check the path through to the recipient.

Documented integrations include invoice formats and accounting interfaces. The actual connection matters: recipient, mandatory fields, transfer and acknowledgement must align. A compatible file format alone does not establish successful delivery.

In plain language

Does every checking receipt automatically create an invoice?

No. Product, price, recipient and payment obligation come from an agreement. A defined billing rule determines whether an event creates an invoice record.

FROM REVIEW EVENT TO ACCOUNTING RECORD

STFL™ · Sovereign Transaction Finance Layer

When an institution pays for a review, it should be able to trace the financial event to that particular review. STFL™ connects receipts to accounting and invoicing data, making the relationship between service, record and billing traceable.

One event. Two readable perspectives.

The review perspective explains what was checked. The financial perspective explains which agreed service is billed to whom. Shared references and integrity data connect both without equating a review finding with payment or execution.

  1. 01

    Produce the receipt

The defined review event receives a documented reference and integrity record.

  2. 02

    Apply the billing rule

An agreed trigger assigns the product, price and invoice recipient. The receipt alone does not establish these terms.

  3. 03

    Link ledger entry and record

The ledger entry references the underlying event. Delivery and billing status remain traceable.

Three documented usage patterns.

Review event triggers an invoice

An agreed review can trigger an invoice for the service provided. The invoice and receipt share the review reference.

Transaction with multiple parties

Multiple agreed services and recipients are associated with the relevant transaction event. Prices and payment obligations originate in the agreement.

Controlled interface

The documented API integration transmits the event reference and involved parties. Scope, access rights and recipient integration are defined before operation.

Delivery must fit the recipient.

Peppol, ZUGFeRD, XML interfaces and DATEV export are documented integration paths. A compatible format does not replace a connected environment. Onboarding establishes recipients, routes, required fields, triggers and test records.

Integrity binding makes changes and references checkable. It does not by itself certify tax correctness or legal recognition. Delivery times and savings depend on the agreed and connected operating environment.

Begin with a checkable test record.

Choose a review event, a billing rule and a recipient. Then test the connection from the receipt to the delivered or exported accounting record.

Questions and clear answers

What does STFL™ stand for?

STFL™ stands for Sovereign Transaction Finance Layer. Its architecture connects defined review events and their receipts to accounting and invoicing data through shared references and integrity records.

Does every receipt automatically become an invoice?

No. Whether an event triggers an invoice depends on the agreed product, price, recipient and configured trigger. The review result and financial event remain separately readable.

How is an invoice delivered?

Documented integration paths include Peppol, ZUGFeRD, XML interfaces and DATEV export. The usable path depends on the connected recipient environment and agreed delivery scope.
