HUMAN OVERRIDE · APPEND-ONLY ACCOUNTABILITY

OVERRIDE MAY HAPPEN. ACCOUNTABILITY MUST NOT DISAPPEAR.

immo.quick does not prohibit a human override that is permitted by competent external authority. But the system neither deletes nor rewrites the original state. The override creates a new, separately bound evidence artifact with traceable provenance to the originating artifact.

PRINCIPLE · ORIGINAL REMAINS ORIGINAL → OVERRIDE BECOMES A NEW EVENT → NEW ARTIFACT REFERENCES ITS ORIGIN
STATE 0

Origin artifact

The original gate/system state remains preserved unchanged, including its documented determination.

EVENT 1

Authorized override

The human intervention is a new event. It carries its own identity, role, time, reason and scope bindings.

ARTIFACT 1

New evidence artifact

The new artifact references its origin cryptographically and/or structurally. The chain remains reviewable instead of being overwritten.

Not merely that an override occurred. But who, when, why and from which origin.

The decisive difference is provenance. A reviewer does not have to reconstruct from distributed logs which system determination existed first and which human act followed. Both states remain separate and referenced to each other.

WHAT IMMO.QUICK PROVES

That a documented override exists as its own event, which origin it references and which bound attributes the record contains.

WHAT IMMO.QUICK DOES NOT DECIDE

Whether the override is substantively lawful, creates liability, excuses conduct or is judicially admissible. That assessment remains outside the system.

WHY IT MATTERS

Human discretion can remain possible without deleting the machine history. Responsibility is not legally declared — it is technically attributable and documented.
