Language:

Two systems. Clear architecture boundaries.

The immo.quick Serverless Edition uses no Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs) and no enclaves. TEE and enclave technologies are used exclusively in immo.quick Core. The two products are independent systems. Core is not a prerequisite for the Serverless Edition.

The Serverless Edition checks defined conditions at the integrated execution path and records the decision in cryptographically verifiable evidence. TEE attestation is not part of its architecture. Hardware-backed isolation and enclave attestation belong to the Core architecture profile.

immo.quick: systems, definitions and claim boundaries.

This reference distinguishes the two independent systems, their public architecture terminology and supporting evidence paths. It is intended for institutions, auditors and research systems that need clear definitions and traceable sources for claims about immo.quick.

Execution model
Deterministic: same canonical input, same authoritative state and same authoritative ordering produce the same authorization outcome. No probabilistic scoring, no LLM inside any gate.
Artifact classes
Multiple artifact classes depending on the event: Domain Evidence Receipt, ExecutionCapabilityToken, NegativeExecutionRightProof, CapabilityInvalidationRecord, GovernanceAuthorityProof, ExecutionConsumptionReceipt, Public Evidence Record. All HMAC-SHA256 plus hybrid post-quantum signature.
Proof standard
SCP-1.0, Sovereign Compliance Proof Standard (Zenodo DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21112798)
Compliance gates
The Gate Catalog performs domain determination across regulatory domains, sector-specific controls and infrastructure-level execution conditions, plus 36 supporting modules. No gate independently grants execution authority.
Jurisdictions

Forensic chain
Forensic evidence chain: five stages from T0 Authority Origination to T4 Sovereign Multi-Witness Anchoring.
Cryptography
Ed25519 (classical, NIST 186-5) + ML-DSA-65 (post-quantum, NIST FIPS 204), SHA-256, HMAC-SHA256
Verification
Public, no credential required for anyone who already holds a receipt. No search endpoint, no receipt enumeration.
