Anti-doping cases rarely fail on the substance.

Arbitration disputes are usually fought over procedure, not the laboratory finding. Was the sample authorisation valid? Was the ISTI notification documented? Was the doping control officer active within a valid period? Without gapless, cryptographically anchored documentation, these questions become weeks-long disputes.
