Four recurring dispute points in the transfer market.

Missed deadlines, unauthorised unilateral decisions, excessive agent compensation, and financial engineering through amortisation cycles are the central dispute points in the European transfer market. Existing systems such as FIFA's Transfer Matching System are reporting and administration tools, not forensic evidentiary chains.

On the legal status: The FFAR compensation cap itself is currently subject to legal challenges in several jurisdictions, including Germany, Spain, and the United Kingdom. The gate reflects the codified rule text, it makes no claim about whether the cap is currently enforceable in any specific jurisdiction.
