immo.quick Serverless Edition
TELECOM SUBSECTOR · CONSUMER MESSAGING & SOCIAL COMMUNICATIONS

Encryption protects messages. Authority protects effect.

For services such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Signal, Snapchat, iMessage and comparable platform models, a valid account is not a universal execution right. Messaging Execution Governance decomposes device linking, message send, group administration, cloud sync and interoperability into distinct current Execution Rights.

VALID ACCOUNT ≠ VALID ENDPOINT AUTHORITY · DEVICE LINKING ≠ UNIVERSAL MESSAGE AUTHORITY · INTEROPERABILITY ≠ AUTHORITY TRANSFER

WHY IT MATTERS

A successful account login must not inherit every communication right.

An additional endpoint may be technically linked correctly and still have no right to history sync, contact export, group administration, backup access or further device linking. The architecture separates each consequence and binds it to a specific scope.

LINKED DEVICE

Linked is not universally authorized

A valid device link is a technical state. It must not automatically inherit every right of the primary endpoint.

MESSAGE EFFECT

Send and receive remain distinct

An endpoint may be allowed to receive without automatically being authorized to send messages, media or broadcasts.

CONTINUATION

Continuation is not permanent authority

Long running sessions are bound to Continuing Authority. Revocation or changed attestation can trigger reassessment.

INTEROPERABILITY

An interoperable path does not transfer authority.

When services communicate through regulatory or technical interoperability, authority remains provider and endpoint specific. Successful delivery from an external network must not create administrative rights or universal session rights on the destination platform.

INTEROPERABILITY ≠ AUTHORITY_TRANSFER
PROVIDER DEPLOYMENT

Brands are examples. Service classification decides.

The Serverless Edition does not encode legal status by product name. Consumer messengers, number based and number independent interpersonal communications, social communications platforms and hybrid providers are classified by actual functionality, provider class, jurisdiction and activity.
